Who gets the M1?

The M1 is split into three parts:

• 40% to the setter

• 40% to the closer

• 20% to the sales org

M1 payouts can be $1,000 or $2,000 on both PPA & Loan products. The determining factor is whether you hit the 10-deal milestone in the Solerro Launch Plan, which unlocks the promotional $2,000 M1 for new organizations.

How does the M2 work?

Sequifi handles all taxes and liability for every sales org client. To ensure this process runs smoothly, M2 payouts must be structured in advance based on how compensation is split within each org.

• Whether it’s a custom compensation plan for key leaders or a standard override for recruiting and team sales, the system can accommodate it.

• The Solerro & Sequifi partnership ensures compensation is planned, measured, and executed transparently.

• If a rep is paid at M1 but fails to follow through or is terminated, the org owner has full control to stop M2 payments and reroute funds back to the sales org.

This system minimizes liability and ensures transparency across all transactions.

How do chargebacks work?

Chargebacks are managed against future commissions at both the rep and org levels. To reduce cancellations, Solerro uses Final Design as Milestone 1, ensuring that only clean, high-quality deals move forward. This streamlined approach protects commissions, minimizes chargebacks, and ensures a seamless experience for all involved.

Who funds the M1?

Solerro does, based on our business relationship and financial structure. Once a deal is confirmed CLEAN and passes Final Design, we can set up an advance against future fulfilled projects. This gives us a competitive edge to drive scale with our partners. Due to legal requirements, a maximum of 20% can go to the Sales Organization. This ensures compliance, protects liability, and allows Sales Org owners to manage rep compensation strategically. We seek partners focused on scaling sustainably, not short-term fixes.

Can we structure M1s and M2s differently? (I want control)

The short answer is yes—but only after 90 days of successful business together and exceeding 100+ CLEAN deals on the platform. At that point, you can pay M2s directly from your bank account while maintaining our integration. This means all 1099 filings, end-of-year tax reports, P&Ls, and financial reporting remain the same. The only difference? You gain direct control over your team’s payroll using our payment processing system—with no additional costs.
